Is Tyrosine Safe

Tyrosine is an amino acid. Most amino acids are divided into two categories, essential and non-essential. Tyrosine ecstasy falls into the latter category. It is considered non-essential because it can be synthesized by the body and does not require that it be taken in from other sources.

Tyrosine Information

Also like most other non-essential amino acids, although it has a hand in a number of bodily processes, do I have social phobia, it does not have a direct bearing on anything to do with the body. Until very recently the only thing that was known about tyrosine was that it was a precursor to dopamine.

Lately however there has been a lot of interest in tyrosine information because of its relationship with dopamine. Dopamine has long been known to be a powerful chemical that affects the pleasure centers of the brain. This is why things like sex, chocolate and ice cream all make us feel happy, because they prompt the body to release a lot of dopamine which in turn stimulates the pleasure centers of our brain.

Tyrosine Uses

In fact drugs like ecstasy also have the same effect, they release a lot of dopamine into the bloodstream. Unfortunately drugs have a lot of undesirable side effects types of social phobia which is why the concentration on tyrosine ecstasy. If tyrosine can have the same effect then it would be much safer to use.

Also tyrosine would be a potent natural antidepressant, and considering that tyrosine side effects are very low, and generally not adverse will be much safer too. Many other natural antidepressant medication that are effective in mood disorders also have a number of adverse side effects which is why tyrosine is considered to have so much potential.

Tyrosine Side Effects

Recent tyrosine information also shows that one of the tyrosine side effects is that it helps us cope with stress. Although in its natural state, the stresses that it helps with are more environmental, like fatigue, cold etc, there is some tyrosine information to show that it may be useful in other kinds of stresses too.

The unfortunate thing about tyrosine ecstasy is that unlike natural antidepressant medication, it does not seem to have any effect on the mood. It has been found to increase the quantity of dopamine but for some reason not known now, this does not seem to influence mood in any way.

Another surprising thing noted about tyrosine is that when overdosed in high quantities it tends to lower the amount of dopamine in the blood. Although this is not dangerous per se, when used by people with depression it could prove to be potentially dangerous.

Generally speaking tyrosine ecstasy is totally safe. It may not have any positive effect on healthy individuals, but there are certainly no negative tyrosine side effects too. There is more tyrosine information that is needed before any conclusions can be reached, and as of now research is still going on.

The bottom line is that unless taken in massive overdoses tyrosine is generally safe. If it does help, there is no harm in taking tyrosine supplements. The usual dose is around 1500 mg per day although the body can tolerate a couple of times this amount safely.
