When you are working at one place for few months or years you get habituated to that place, with the colleagues and even with your boss. It becomes your second home. You learn so many things from your workplace. After few years you start looking out for better opportunities. It is very exciting period. You update your resume online. You call up your friends and ask for any openings at their workplace. Process of career transition The process of career transition is very exciting at the beginning, but along with it, is it also very length, frustrating, mood help, and arduous process. The transition can cause depression. This kind of depression is situational depression. It is not a chronic disease.
