Stress is of different types and kinds. There are a number of reasons why an individual starts experiencing stress. Stress can be defined as a state of mind wherein the person tends to think more then he/she should. The thinking or most of it is often related to a single aspect. Usually, most of the thinking that eventually leads to stress is negative in nature. Physical Stress Out of the different types of stress like encounter stress, physical stress is one of the most common ones. As the name would suggest, physical stress has a lot to do with the overall physical health of the person. Unfortunately, a number of people are not happy with their overall appearance. For instance – a person may not be happy with his/her height. This generally happens to people who are extremely short. Every time they mingle with others, they tend to gain a complex due to their short height. Unfortunately for some people, the issue starts getting way too serious. Gradually, they start developing stress. Similar cases have been observed in individuals who are obese, who lack an attractive skin tone and texture and complexion etc. Another type of physical stress is the one that arises due to suffering from a physical disorder like acute stress for example.
