What are rave parties? `Rave’ is derived from the Jamaican word for party. A rave club is an extension of the hippie movement and the acid subculture. There is loud electronic music piped in the background and a desire for fun and excitement with a wide range of club drugs. Rave parties are the all-night dance parties kept at unusual locations and attended by celebrities, fashion icons and music group artists who love to mingle with their fans. Molly Popularity Since the `Rave Clubs’ and the all-night dance parties came into fashion, Molly popularity gained  momentum at these parties that were held sometimes  in abandoned warehouses or railway yards where high volume music was a feature. These Rave Clubs first started in Europe in the late nineteen eighties and then picked up later in the United States of America. There were many club drugs linked with Rave Clubs. Molly was one of them. Molly was marketed widely at rave parties because the suppliers and the distributors used to target such gatherings for bulk sales.
